The St. Parascheva Wooden Church of Rogoz
The church is located in Rogoz, Maramureş County.
The 18th century wooden church from Rogoz was moved in the village in 1883.
It represents the second major attraction of the village after the Holy Archangels wooden Church which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Furthermore in Rogoz you can visit the Lăpuş Region Museum where you can admire traditional textiles, but also different tools from authentic households.
This area is ideal for walks or hikes along the Lăpuş gorge or discovering authentic Maramureşean houses.
