The romanian-journeys.com website is an online platform that facilitates communication between business owners and potential customers. The information on romanian-journeys.com does not constitute a contract and no direct service offer to the public. Any requests for information or reservation requests will be sent, upon a request without any obligation to the client, directly to the tourism business owners registered on the Romanian-journeys.com site by accessing the "Request a Reservation" button, who will continue to directly relate to the potential client. Sustainable Journeys Concept SRL is considered absolutely unaware of the reservation process and is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the relationship between the client and the business owners in tourism registered on the Romanian-journeys.com site.

6. Recommendations

All recommendations posted on the site regarding travel, events, properties and / or destinations are for information purposes only and all details must be checked by each traveler before making a reservation.

7. Events

The site aims to promote events that are considered to have a touristic interest and which correspond to the general concept of the website.

Even if the submitted events are subject to a confirmation and acceptance process, Sustainable Journeys Concept SRL assumes no responsibility for the information displayed on the site by its Users, nor for any information that is provided late, lost, deleted or may not be stored on the server for any reason attributable to the user.

Sustainable Journeys Concept SRL respects your privacy. All personal information made available to the Romanian-journeys.com site in order to receive or use some services is protected under Law 677/2001.

By filling in the online registration forms, Users agree that the personal data they register will enter the Sustainable Journeys Concept SRL database and receive messages about products and services, promotions, competitions or any other editorial actions and marketing conducted in the future by Sustainable Journeys Concept SRL and its affiliated partners.
